Spring is a time for hope, rejuvenation, and forward-looking in therapeutic horticulture

Join us to explore how therapeutic horticulture can help you stay active, improve your mental health, reduce the risk of cognitive decline, and support cardiovascular health. Together, we'll dig into hands-on springtime horticulture, improve our plant care, and learn strategies for healthy aging alongside healthier plants.

Find your community and enjoy a plant-filled day of therapeutic horticulture, mindful planting, and fun with like-minded plant enthusiasts! Experience the instant relaxation and rejuvenation that comes from connecting to nature and plants. Participants will have the opportunity to practice mindful plant care, choose and sow herbs, flowers, & veggies, and explore spring therapeutic horticulture activities.

Each ticket includes:

• A seed starting kit, your choice of spring seeds, and all planting materials

• A larger herb plant of your choice and all planting materials

• A guided therapeutic horticulture experience

• A reference guide with educational materials & activity guides

• A selection of teas and light bites
