About the event

Discover how plants can support you on your healthy aging journey
Join us to explore how therapeutic horticulture can help you stay active, improve your mental health, reduce the risk of cognitive decline, and support cardiovascular health. Together with Sherri, our facilitator & fellow senior aging at home, we'll dig into hands-on horticulture, improve our plant care, and learn strategies for healthy aging alongside plants.
Find your community and enjoy a plant-filled weekend of therapeutic horticulture, mindful planting, and fun with like-minded plant enthusiasts! Experience the instant relaxation and rejuvenation that comes from connecting to nature and plants and take home strategies to support your healthy aging journey alongside healthier plants.
Participants will have the opportunity to practice mindful plant care, plant their own houseplant, and explore therapeutic horticulture activities.
