Join us for an enriching sensory experience as we explore our relationship to our local nature in this mindful native gardening workshop. Whether you’re continuing or just starting your journey with native plants, give back to the landscapes of Grand Pré while learning how to refresh your mind & body in nature alongside the freshly brewed flavours of Just Us!

Together, we’ll experience the instant mood-boosting & rejuvenating effects of therapeutic horticulture with hands-on native plant gardening and take home the confidence and materials to continue your journey at home.
Each workshop includes:

- 90 minutes of curated therapeutic horticulture

To ensure a therapeutic experience, spaces are limited. Be sure to wear good footwear and dress for the weather. Please note, this workshop includes physical activity such as bending and kneeling.
